Service Description

Shirodhara is a deeply soothing therapy effective in the treatment of imbalances with a mental and emotional component such as insomnia, hormonal imbalances, disorders of the nervous system, stress and anxiety. The treatment begins with a shiro-ahyanga, which is a head and neck massage, followed by the main treatment wherein a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead in rhythmic motion.
