Shirodhara

Service Description

Shirodhara is the continuous pouring of warm herbal oil onto the forehead to impart a deep sense of relaxation. The treatment begins with shiro- ahyanga which is a head and neck massage with therapeutic oils. The client then lies down for the main treatment in which a continuous stream of medicated warm oil is poured over the forehead in a rhythmic motion. Shirodhara is effective in the treatment of mental and emotional conditions such as insomnia, hormonal imbalances, disorders of the nervous system, stress and anxiety.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, we request that you contact us at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellations made within a 24-hr period will incur a 30 percent cancellation fee.
