Pinda Sweda

Service Description

Pinda sweda is a therapy in which warm poultices made of herbal paste, leaves of herbal plants or herbal powders are used to massage the body. Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage) is administered prior to pinda swedana. The heat from the pouches warms up the tissues of the body and allows for deeper penetration of the medicated oil/decoction. This therapy helps release toxins, makes the body supple, strengthens the muscles, decreases stiffness in the joints, and is effective in healing neuromuscular disorders.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, we request that you contact us at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellations made within a 24-hr period will incur a 30 percent cancellation fee.
